So to start this is my girlfriends account im a 25 year old male using the product. Body history i use to be 5 percent bodyfat on a strict keto diet at 5'9 215 pounds i was a avid body lifter since high school. About 5 years ago i was injured in a work accident that shattered my wrist in pieces and put me out for a year. Then only after a few months of being back to normal before i could even get my gym grind back on i was in a motorcycle accident that tore 3 of 4 ligaments in my right knee and reshattered my wrist in even more places. I became depressed fell off my diet( mcdonalds was my new and cheapest friend). I pretty much neglected my body since then became 230lbs at over 23% body fat. I live in florida and work outside detailing boats and this summer has started off brutal. My crew and i are always tired, hungry and mentally drained however none of us are truely in shape or have the energy at the end of the day to go to the gym. I decided I needed to get my body back and get my health up. I completely cut out fast food (i eat better not great most of my grocery shopping is done at walmart and i do still eat certain processed foods). Started fasting from 2 to 11 and going to the gym at a 3 days on 1 day off cycle with 10 min of warm up cardio at a 140 to 150bpm do my weights and finish with 5 min of cardio at a 170 to 180bpm. Right into my first week i was extremely tired slacking at work mentally not there and always always hungry to the point where it hurt and my guys would here my stomach growl. I had actually heard a radio advertisement for force factor xt but i always reseach my supplements and came across this a way healthier organic more reliable and better reviewed product plus free 1 day shipping and i needed it ASAP if i was gonna keep to my new lifestyle hahah. I have now been taking these 1 in the morning between 6 and 8 and 1 in the evening between 12 and 2 for over a month and a half.... Im absolutely mind blown how well they really work my appetite is suppressed not to bug me in the morning but not so much that i have trouble getting 3000 calories in during my fasting period. As for my mind these things are like limitless pills im very focused alert and awake im able to guide my crew and manage without missing a beat on top of the nice energy boost i feel in the gym. I can honestly say that im both giving work and gym 100 percent every day. As for the body i now weigh 208 but dont let that scare you as i said i was a body builder and im focused on muscle gains. My waist line has dropped over 9 inches and my definition and size is coming along great im right around 15 percent body fat. If your afraid of losing muscle i havent hit that problem yet its actually helped me gain with the improved energy and focus in the gym. Ive actually reccommended it to my entire team. I feel great and im starting to look great. However my one and only concern is i have developed a slight dependency if i miss taking one i get a migraine and feel very sluggish and ran down. I believe this is just because i work 6 days week 8 to 10 hours a day in the blazing sun and am going to the gym pretty hard core most people start with just 3 days a week but none the less it is something to keep in mind. I would definitely and highly recommend giving this product a try its not a super pill i would still recommend a decent diet and exercise but it helps and boosts your efforts and rewards along the way and allows you to grind and push yourself beyond your normal limits which is essential in body development everyone hits platos its just figuring out how to overcome themđź‘Ť
In its 2016 report “Healthy Eating Guidelines & Weight Loss Advice,” the Public Health Collaboration, a U.K. nonprofit, evaluated evidence on low-carbohydrate, high-fat diets. (The Keto diet falls under the LCHF umbrella.) Among 53 randomized clinical trials comparing LCHF diets to calorie-counting, low-fat diets, a majority of studies showed greater weight loss for the Keto-type diets, along with more beneficial health outcomes. The collaboration recommends weight-loss guidelines that include a low-carbohydrate, high-fat diet of real (rather than processed) foods as an acceptable, effective and safe approach.
Next, the surgeon cuts your small intestine and attaches the lower part of it directly to the small stomach pouch. Food then bypasses most of the stomach and the upper part of your small intestine so your body absorbs fewer calories. The surgeon connects the bypassed section farther down to the lower part of the small intestine. This bypassed section is still attached to the main part of your stomach, so digestive juices can move from your stomach and the first part of your small intestine into the lower part of your small intestine. The bypass also changes gut hormones, gut bacteria, and other factors that may affect appetite and metabolism. Gastric bypass is difficult to reverse, although a surgeon may do it if medically necessary.
I believe (as well as the numerous experts I have interviewed) that over 90 percent of cancer cases are either preventable or treatable. The key here is to view cancer as a metabolic dysfunction, allowing you to gain control over this dreadful disease. Simply put, the right foods and strategies may help suppress cancer growth while simultaneously pushing it into remission.

Some anti-obesity drugs can have severe, even, lethal side effects, fen-phen being a famous example. Fen-phen was reported through the FDA to cause abnormal echocardiograms, heart valve problems, and rare valvular diseases.[62] One of, if not the first, to sound alarms was Sir Arthur MacNalty, Chief Medical Officer (United Kingdom). As early as the 1930s, he warned against the use of dinitrophenol as an anti-obesity medication and the injudicious and/or medically unsupervised use of thyroid hormone to achieve weight reduction.[63][64] The side effects are often associated with the medication's mechanism of action. In general, stimulants carry a risk of high blood pressure, faster heart rate, palpitations, closed-angle glaucoma, drug addiction, restlessness, agitation, and insomnia.

I am trying to get back into keto. I did it before and I was so happy when I lost 10lbs (I did the keto for a month). I am ready to go back to this lifestyle. All this information is very helpful, I have written it all down so it can be easier for me to remember what is allowed and what is not. Looking forward to get back on this keto journey. Thank you for all the great info.
The Health app is way to limited and the Medical ID doesn’t appear to sync. Not sure why anyone would both using the Medical ID if the information wont even transfer to a newer device. Also no way to log food. I dont see a reason to use the Health app as limited as it is. Hell it doesnt even sync data very well. So not sure how the app can actually be recommended.

My Husband and I started doing Keto July 2018. We got over weight after we got out of the Marine Corps. It has been hard to workout because I became disabled, but my diet was not good. After our friend Amber recommended your site and support group, we found a lot of helpful information to get us started on a successful journey. So far it’s been one month and we have lost 18 pounds each!

These affect your brain and spine, as well as the nerves that link them together. Epilepsy is one, but others may be helped by a ketogenic diet as well, including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and sleep disorders. Scientists aren’t sure why, but it may be that the ketones your body makes when it breaks down fat for energy help protect your brain cells from damage.
Let’s be honest with ourselves, though: as pleasant as the fantasy is, there’s no magical herb growing on a rocky mountainside in some remote part of the world that — on its own — will slim you down until you’re a trim, glowing version of yourself. In order to slenderize healthily, you already know what you need to do: eat more green vegetables, reduce your sugar intake, put the pint glass down occasionally, and exercise with something resembling regularity.
A keto diet has shown to improve triglyceride levels and cholesterol levels most associated with arterial buildup. More specifically low-carb, high-fat diets show a dramatic increase in HDL and decrease in LDL particle concentration compared to low-fat diets.3A study in the long-term effects of a ketogenic diet shows a significant reduction in cholesterol levels, body weight, and blood glucose. When combined with changes to behavior, including eating and physical activity habits, prescription medications may help some people lose weight. On average, people who take prescription medications as part of a lifestyle program lose between 3 and 9 percent more of their starting body weight than people in a lifestyle program who do not take medication. Research shows that some people taking prescription weight-loss medications lose 10 percent or more of their starting weight.1 Results vary by medication and by person.
