Each 1000 ml of the tumescent fluid has 2 amp of (1:1000) adrenaline. Thus, even when 25 ampoules of the adrenaline were used in the maximum infiltration of 12,500 cc,, no side effects or complications attributed to the large dose of adrenaline used have been noticed in the entire series over the past 8 years. Because adrenaline causes vasoconstriction which prevents sudden absorption of more adrenaline till its effect has waned. Systemic toxic effects of this drug are not seen.
A: It's generally recommended that only 5 percent of your daily diet is allocated to carbohydrates because if you consume more than that, your body gets thrown off ketosis. However, this is only for SKD, or the standard ketogenic diet. If you're an athlete or a bodybuilder, you can consume more carbs without affecting ketosis by following a targeted ketogenic diet (TKD) or a cyclic ketogenic diet (CKD).
Limit alcohol intake is key to metabolic syndrome and good health in general. Too much alcohol can raise your blood pressure and triglyceride levels. Alcohol also adds extra calories to your diet, which can cause weight gain. However, limited consumption of alcohol can actually be good for you, as a meta-analysis published in Clinical Nutrition found that while heavy alcohol consumption indeed increases the risk of metabolic syndrome, “very light alcohol consumption seemed to be associated with a reduced risk of metabolic syndrome.” (9)
Blood transfusion was given only on one occasion when patient had been on aspirin and had also received Low Molecular weight Heparin intra-operative. Ultrasonic-assisted liposuction is not a substitute for a healthy diet and regular exercise. Most patients who are good candidates for traditional liposuction are also good candidates for Ultrasonic liposuction, although the result may not necessarily be better. Patients who require a large amount of fat removal may have a better results with ultrasonic liposuction because of the possible enhanced skin retraction.

Although metabolic syndrome is a serious condition, you can reduce your risks significantly by reducing your weight; increasing your physical activity; eating a heart-healthy diet that's rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and fish; and working with your healthcare provider to monitor and manage blood glucose, blood cholesterol, and blood pressure.
