I like to focus first on getting more of the “good stuff” in and not on removing all of the “bad stuff”. Once people are eating more nutrient dense meals, cravings abate, blood sugar stabilizes and they end up cutting the bad stuff (processed foods, refined sugars, sugared drinks) out on their own.
