When you eat foods high in carbohydrates and fat, your body naturally produces glucose. So to start this is my girlfriends account im a 25 year old male using the product. Body history i use to be 5 percent bodyfat on a strict keto diet at 5'9 215 pounds i was a avid body lifter since high school. About 5 years ago i was injured in a work accident that shattered my wrist in pieces and put me out for a year. Then only after a few months of being back to normal before i could even get my gym grind back on i was in a motorcycle accident that tore 3 of 4 ligaments in my right knee and reshattered my wrist in even more places. I became depressed fell off my diet( mcdonalds was my new and cheapest friend). I pretty much neglected my body since then became 230lbs at over 23% body fat. I live in florida and work outside detailing boats and this summer has started off brutal. My crew and i are always tired, hungry and mentally drained however none of us are truely in shape or have the energy at the end of the day to go to the gym. I decided I needed to get my body back and get my health up. I completely cut out fast food (i eat better not great most of my grocery shopping is done at walmart and i do still eat certain processed foods). Started fasting from 2 to 11 and going to the gym at a 3 days on 1 day off cycle with 10 min of warm up cardio at a 140 to 150bpm do my weights and finish with 5 min of cardio at a 170 to 180bpm. Right into my first week i was extremely tired slacking at work mentally not there and always always hungry to the point where it hurt and my guys would here my stomach growl. I feel great and im starting to look great. However my one and only concern is i have developed a slight dependency if i miss taking one i get a migraine and feel very sluggish and ran down. I believe this is just because i work 6 days week 8 to 10 hours a day in the blazing sun and am going to the gym pretty hard core most people start with just 3 days a week but none the less it is something to keep in mind. I would definitely and highly recommend giving this product a try its not a super pill i would still recommend a decent diet and exercise but it helps and boosts your efforts and rewards along the way and allows you to grind and push yourself beyond your normal limits which is essential in body development everyone hits platos its just figuring out how to overcome them👍
